We truly appreciate our partnerships and there is no greater compliment from our partners than a referral. Plus, our referral program is a great way for you to earn credit towards future product purchases or services with us.
To qualify as a referral, a customer must put a Citon representative in contact with a prospect that we are not currently working with or do not currently have any quotes out to. The referee must supply a specific company and a specific contact at that company.
Once a referral has been submitted, the prospect that has been referred must sign up for a monthly recurring service within 6 months from the date of the referral. No retroactive referrals will be considered.
If a referral does lead to a new customer within 6 months, the referral credit will be based on the new customer’s term length and monthly payment amount. The referee will receive a percentage of the new contract’s monthly amount based on the following:
- 50% of the new contract monthly amount for a 36-month agreement
- 20% of the new contract monthly amount for a 12-month agreement
Example: you refer a prospect and they sign a 36-month agreement at $2,000 per month – you receive a one-time $1,000 credit with us.
Example: you refer a prospect and they sign a 12-month agreement at $2,000 per month – you receive a one-time $400 credit with us.
