Citon is seeking a Customer Service Manager to coordinate communication, scheduling, and completion of customers’ service needs for the full cycle of the ticket. If you are looking for a fast-paced role in the IT industry this is the job you’ve been waiting for!

What you would be doing
• Answer incoming calls and email requests from customers, sales staff and engineering with professionalism and timeliness
• Prioritize incoming service requests and create service tickets to schedule and track ticket status
• Manage engineering calendars to maximize productivity and full use of resources

What you bring to the table
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills – must be able to communicate in a clear, concise, and friendly manner with customers, co-workers, and managers
• Demonstrated ability to function at a high level with multiple priorities
• Attention to detail with the ability to complete documentation in an accurate and thorough manner
• Desire to learn best practices in the IT service field
• Experience scheduling or coordinating teams or projects preferred
• Experience/knowledge in the IT field a plus
